SMS Opt-In Process
Customers provide their mobile phone number during the XX Standard online booking process. On the final booking step, directly below the phone number field, customers are presented with an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. SMS consent is recorded only when the customer voluntarily checks this box.
